Who can use it?+
Employees covered by your organisation's Koyo plan, along with their eligible family members according to your organisation's plan.
Can contract employees use Koyo?+
Yes, if your organisation includes them in its Koyo coverage.
What happens when someone needs to see a doctor physically?+
The doctor can advise the user on the appropriate next step, including referral for in-person care when necessary.
Can Koyo handle emergencies?+
Koyo is not a substitute for emergency medical services. Serious or life-threatening situations require appropriate emergency care.
